Very professional and knowledgeable for a reasonable price. I hired them to troubleshoot existing equipment, and they quickly identified the problem and cleaned up the area before leaving. They never tried selling me equipment that I didn't need or talk about a change in the service fee. I'll be hiring them again.

Do not deal with this company. Read ALL the fine print as they keep a rolling contract. They never give you renewal dates. Acct. Mgr. Marielsa is very unprofessional and argumentive. GO WITH VIVINT! I paid my bill and will tell all how bad this company is.
