Anyone needing or wanting a security system should call Shield Security! I called early on Friday morning, upset and needing an alarm. They gave me fair pricing, were much more open than other companies that I called, and committed to being out there later that same day. Tony showed up at 530pm on a FRIDAY to make sure I would have my alarm set up. for my piece of mind.

He was quick to install and get everything set up. He even saved me money by suggesting a better way! He explained how to use it thoroughly and patiently. AND he did it all with great friendliness. I'm so grateful! Tony was fantastic to work with. You should all use Shield Security.

We have had a great experience with this local office of Shield Security, especially Tony the owner. He has always been extremely responsive and helpful. In fact, recently when a faulty fire alarm sensor kept going off at 1:30AM, I called the office expecting an answering machine but was pleasantly surprised to get Tony on the phone. He patiently talked me through the process of disabling the alarm so that we could sleep. And the next day Tony made sure to come by and re-hook up the system and fix the issue. All in all, we have had a great experience with Tony and his company.

After becoming dissatisfied with my current alarm company I contacted Shield Security and talked with the owner Tony. From the beginning of the conversation he was professional, knowledgeable and ready to help. His guys showed up and worked like a well oiled machine and in no time had my alarm updated with modern, easy to use equipment, they covered everything with my wife and I on our new updated system.

The service provided by Shield Security Systems could not have been better. Tony, who was personally responsible for installing our new Entry System, provided service that one does not find very often any longer. Tony was patient, thorough and willing to help in any manner that he was able in order to make sure everyone understood how to operate the new system. With what's going on in the US today, it's my opinion, that there's never been a greater need for a security company. I want a company that provides personal service, quick response and most definitely being local. This is why for the last 10 plus years, I have been a customer of Tony Thurman, the owner of Shield Security Systems. There was a. problem with my ATT phones.

The 1st technician indicated the problem was in my house. I called Tony to check his system. After spending over 2 hours checking every possible malfunction, he disconnected the ATT incoming line. The problem was theirs. The 2nd ATT technician new what he was doing and fixed it. Tony's time spent and interest in solving the problem was far and above the call of duty. Shield Security Systems people were on time, thorough, and had the systems installed and operational in 4 hours. The technicians then spent as much time as needed to train our family on the use of the security system.

I honestly feel like Tony is part of our family. Seriously. He is a kind and intelligent man, who is honest and really provides the best customer service. During a time when my family faced severe abuse and danger- Tony was there. He made sure we were safe, and even went out of his way to ensure total protection for me and my kids. Consultation was honest and assessed fair need. Guided me to what is necessary instead of overselling to make better sale. Installation was efficient and professional- tutorials were easy to understand and welcomed. Great company to work with, I'm glad I did my homework instead of signing with the quick pitch sales guy at the Sams Club kiosk.

The installation technician, Josh, talked me through everything and determined what I would need. On the day of the install, he was courteous. I expected several places to have holes from running wire. However, only the garage has a hole. Josh was able to snake the wires throughout the house with very little disruption. I am impressed how everything looks. Also, I feel safe with my new system. I have had a couple of power outages and Shield called to make sure everything was OK. It is nice to know they are there.

Shield was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and affordable. They installed the new Honeywell LYRIC Security System with a SkyBell Video Doorbell. Both are amazing! I highly recommend them.

Shield Security is a security company that cares about the customer. Every step of the process is built around the customer. Low monthly monitoring, You choose the length of contract. Everyone that is involved in the sale is nice and professional. The other big companies have lost touch with customer service but not Shield. Thank you.

Give up all other monitoring companies! Call Shield and have them review your current system and if needed, modify your system and have Shield do the monitoring for just $21.95 per month! One of my best friends also did this and she is thrilled and so am I.
