Only doing this survey because they asked me to. I have had ADS for about 6 months and it has been nothing but problems. My cameras are shotty, the service department is unresponsive, It continuously seems like 2 steps forward one step back. 2 cameras go out, they come to fix and the next day the other camera is out. I called on Christmas because my cameras weren't recording and I was out of town, they told me they couldn't fix until Monday "maybe" an so what good is a security system if they don't work around the clock especially when I'm out of town.
I would not recommend. The only good thing about them is Jody Duncan, he was my salesman and he has always answered, always responded.the problem is he is unable to help because their administrators and background help are innept and can't seem to figure out how to do a standard 3 bdrm house with a security system and 3 cameras

I called ADS today because after changing the batteries in my smoke detector the panel continued to say there was a problem. They had someone to my house within 3 hours and replaced my smoke detector. While he was here, the technician noticed that I had not yet been upgraded to 4G, so he took care of that too. Then I asked him what I should do about a sensor that pops off every time the door opens too wide and hits the wall. He moved the sensor so it will no longer be in the path of the wall! He was knowledgeable and he was kind. Seriously, what more can you ask for?
