We were looking to change alarm companies and I stumbled upon AVS and sent an email to get a quote, John got back to me in less than 24hrs and scheduled an appointment to come by and give us a quote. All of the employees that I have had interaction with, John, Naomi, & Bill have all been professional, and friendly. I think we made a good choice when we chose this local, small business.

I'm trying to install a higher level security network and decided to try them. I made a call and he was here within a few days and provided a bid. The equipment was expensive being quality product so I wanted to research into it. So I've wanted to move forward and actually take a look at the equipment and get ready for installation and I can't get a call back.
Last week I left a message. This week I talked with the secretary and was told I was going to receive a call back. I've never received one. I guess if customer service is lacking while trying to buy $15,000 plus in equipment, I'd hate to see what it's like after the sale. I'll take this as being lucky. One star service, gave two stars since he was speedy on giving me a bid. Good luck to anyone else, maybe he just didn't like me.

Not just another security company. It's nice to get a knowledgeable person on the phone. Naomi was great at answering my questions, and there were many. The install went smoothly and Bill was great! John the owner even stopped by to check how the install was going. I like to support locally owned businesses and in this case I'm glad I did. Thank you!

The owner John and his team went above and beyond when it came to securing my property when I presented him with my obstacles. He very quickly presented a few options that ended up working flawlessly and the customer service is amazing. We had problems at our business shop and call John at AVS to come see and recommend a system. John come to our shop suggest a systems that works for us. Today we had the installation and the techs were awesome explained everything about our system and even set it up on our phones. As a small business we must protect everything we worked so hard for.
