I cant say enough about how great this company is. They are resources that will make Fire, Life, and Safety projects efficient and productive. This company is very poorly run. Disorganized and non-responsive to phone calls. I canceled my service at the end of June, and yet the company has taken money out of my bank account for the past 5 months, which I did not realize until about a month ago. I have called 6 times since then, am sent to the accounts department where no one answers and voice mail is "full." Finally, I went through my bank to cancel all future payments; however, I have not received my money back for the 5 months after I canceled. I would definitely not recommend this company, stay far away from them!
