Phoenix Surveillance

Their workmen do good work but their organization is having problems. I had an appointment set up last week and after an hour called to find out if the person had a delay. It turns out their sales person had not shown up at work nor had they recorded the date on their system. It seems like we will have to find a new company to do what is needed.

I contacted this company on behalf of my employer. We were wanting to update our security cameras. Guy came out, reviewed our building, we discussed what we were looking for, and then he tells me he will get me a quote within 24-48 hours - that is 1-2 days. It has been almost 45 days, and they have never been in contact - phone, email, fax, you name it.

The guy started the visit telling me all about the businesses they work with. He named companies with huge facilities. Not us. We are a small company. If the job wasn't big enough for them, they shouldn't have wasted my time or theirs. So much for Phoenix Surveillance/ Phoenix Security & Technology providing any type of security or technology.

We have an awesome camera system they installed, complete with mobil app and support when we need it. Adding some more door access controls now and they did our network installation and setup.

Quality people give quality service. Phoenix Surveillance is the first place I would call for new installs, expanding a current system, or help with an existing system.

Installed Surveillance Cameras It is very easy to work with them, techs did an outstanding job. They are very quick to respond for any customer concerns or queries. This company makes sure the job is done correctly, very satisfied with the work.
