From the moment I contacted Holmes, I felt like these folks really cared about our needs. Mrs. Julie answered every question we had, plus some we didn't even knew needed to be asked. She has also responded very quickly to my texts as other questions arose. The technicians who came out to install were very friendly and professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves.
You couldn't even tell that anyone had been in our home working. We were fortunate to have the "skeleton" of an old security system, and they were able to use those components in our installation. We definitely recommend Holmes Security to anyone!

I had a great crew come out to install a couple of audible alarms. They were quick to assess what was needed, the lead technician, William English, was very courteous and professional with customer service. He explained what he was going to do and how. He showed me the best places to install the speakers, how loud they are. Again, this crew was very dedicated and professional to the job! Thank you!

From the consultation to the installation, this was a wonderfully professional and courteous experience. The technicians arrived earlier that expected and text of their arrival. They were masked, knowledgeable, neat (before, during, and after the installation) and professional.
