Before opening Alarm Link Security, Ed Landry brought Westec security to Texas. He ran the Westec offices in the panhandle for several years, until 1998 when Westec went bankrupt and sold. In 1999, following a life long dream, Ed and Kristy Landry started Alarm Link Security offering Amarillo home security.

We have a huge passion for family and our customers, which shows in the way we do business. Some people may still know us as the Brinks or Broadview Authorized Dealer, as we were for 11 years. In 2010 Brinks went publicly traded and became Broadview, at that time ADT purchased Broadview. We have now become a part of the ADT family, but we are still the same company.

We offer many different residential and commercial solutions including: Burglar Alarms, Fire systems (residential only), Medical protection systems, CCTV and cameras, No Home Phone required, Remote Arm and Disarm, real time Text or Email Notifications.

Ed and his son personally installed and updated for free all of our system. Brinks never once updated us and it could have been detrimental. AT FIRST EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. AFTER GETTING A CAMERA FOR INDOOR. IT DID NOT WORK FROM DAY THEY TRIED TO FIX AND HAD ME BUT 400$ WORTH OF ROUTERS AND MODEMS. CAUSE THEY SAID I NEEDED THIS STUFF FOR MY CAMERA TO WORK PROPERLY. OFFERED ME A REFUND AT FIRST AND WE KEPT TRYING TO GET IT TO WORK BUT IN THE END THEY COUDL NOT GET IT TO WORK. I DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED ME TO DO AND DIDNT ARGUE ONCE. NOW I REQUESTED A REFUND BACK FOR THE CAMERA AND THEY DENIED ME. WONT HELP ME WITH NONE OF IT EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED ALL THIS OTHER STUFF. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY.

We have used Alarm Link for 8 years for our business and our home. My daughter has recently bought a house and they put her on the schedule quickly. so she would have security in her home. My mother-in-law has also used Alarm Link for her home security. Ed, Landon and Lacey are amazing. They are professional but at the same time very friendly and helpful.
