I've used Shreveport Security at my business in west Shreveport since February this year. Their salesman Greg came out and looked at what was left by the previous owner and showed me that a few things needed to be replaced, but for the most part I could keep what I had. A couple days later the owner, who is a younger man, came out with another tech and got me set up.
I'm able to arm and disarm my alarm from my phone, and I can change codes from anywhere. I was neve able to do that on an alarm before. Real nice staff, friendly service and quick response time. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
