Counterstrike Security & Sound

I don't ever write reviews but I feel compelled to write one today. We are so happy with Counterstrike. If anyone is looking for A/V work, this is the company to call. I've been in business for over 40 years, dealt with plenty of good and bad. These guys could not be more friendly, helpful, and/or knowledgeable. Not to mention that this is our second house outfitted with the Sonos product. Tremendous service and product. Thank you!

Working with CounterStrike was by far the worst experience we had with anyone we dealt with during the process of having our new home built by Arnold Roberts in Cape Coral. They sold me on the security system we have and once we said we wanted to investigate if and who we wanted to monitor the system they jumped ship, didn't complete the system installation, or even showed us how it would or could work monitored or not monitored. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! All they care about is getting MORE $$$$. Very sad and poor reflection on the good contractors in SW Florida.

We are totally happy with the experience shown, time spent and understanding what we will need to do once everything is done. We highly recommend Counterstrikes.

Shawn and Cody were on time. They introduced themselves and got right to work after a short review of the work requested. They worked "Clean" being very respectful of our home and property and not only protected our furniture as they worked but cleaned up after all the work was done VERY Professionally and competently. They double checked before mounting any hardware (2-TV's) on our walls and were a pleasure to work with.

Their attention to detail is rare and was very appreciated! I would not hesitate to use them again, in fact I will request them again for the next phase of our home entertainment system. Counterstrike was a breath of fresh air from a consumer's point of view, from the salesman Andrew, to the EXCELLENT installers, Shawn and Cody. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again!

Horrible company! Do not contrast them! They are the worst! They low ball you in the beginning and the add a whole bunch of extras at the end. Then If you don't pay them, they block your stuff! I repeat do not hire them. I will be contacting my lawyer!

They are supposed to call me before they dispatch the police. They never would call me first. The police show up every time & it always results in a fine for me. After 3 times of a false call, I can loose the alarm permit. I've told them several times to please call me first. Never do!

This is the only co. you will ever need for security concearns. highly professional, reliable, on time, great work ethics.

We recently had an issue with one of our zones sporadically going off. The two technicians very quickly found and resolved our issue. They were both very polite and showed us a few other features with our system. They were also very neat, we couldn't even tell they were here upon completion of their work. I would definitely recommend Counter Strike for any security needs!

My internet was upgraded and I lost the ability to use my security camera system. I made a service call to CounterStrike and the technician, Ryan, showed up this morning, as scheduled and "On-Time". Not only that, but he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and got the job done. Awesome experience!

This company is outstanding which is unfortunately very rare. Purchased a sound system from them after Andrew spent quite some time helping me decide exactly what I needed. When the speakers didn't arrive with the rest of the equipment due to a shipping issue, the manager had the installers bring speakers from their showroom just so I would have music until my speakers arrived.

The installers were fantastic as well. Lastly when my speakers did arrive the woman who schedules the installs changed the schedule to ensure we had our equipment before the left for vacation. From beginning to end I have been very happy that I chose to work with Counterstrike and looking forward to working with them again after renovations.
