They processed my request for 2 chip keys and charged less than the dealer would charge for one. It only required one actual visit as opposed to the two visits the dealer would require as they do not stock the part. The employees were very courteous both on the phone and in person. The store was immaculate, as were as the employees. A well run business that has excellent customer service.

When i was looking to install a remote start for my new, used car, there were plenty of internet sellers, but most mentioned i would need assistance from a Lock professional or dealer to program the car. The dealer is rarely my first option when working on used cars, so i looked for a Lock shop. Few of us ever visit a "Lock Store" and i was no different.
Not knowing what to expect, I went to Gladd. On arrival, Matt and other members of the team provided expert advice on what i need and an estimate of what it would cost. No pressure, just conversation with knowledgeable people. I recommend this place highly.
