If I could I would give them 0 stars. I went to the store about 3 months ago to buy some connectors to my BNC security system. Lady behind the counter sold me some wrong connectors and gave me the wrong information. I told lady that if it did not work out would be returning for a refund. After reading the previous review I decided that I was only going to pay them in cash.
When I came back to return the connectors I had a hell of a time trying to get my refund. These people tried to charge me a 10 percent refund fee. I should have known better than to ever return again. Two months later I called the place again to ask for a Linux based NVR. I figured they were local and I could get a better price. I called them to request for NVR and they gave me a price of $2000.
I explained to the gentleman that I could find the same one for $600 online, so what made there is so special that they were going to charge $2000. The gentleman that tells me that's our price. If you don't like it oh well. I laughed at him over the phone and explained that I could buy the same merchandise they were selling all from eBay.com and aliexpress.com the guy tried to argue with me saying that the quality wouldn't be the same and all this other stuff.
However when I asked him to read me back the serial and model numbers they all match the same ones that were being sold by the Chinese counterparts. My advice: unless you are super rich and have lots of money to give away. Buy elsewhere. This shop is a rip off.!BUYERS BEWARE!

The equipment we purchased was faulty. We brought it back for an exchanged. I got a bill from them and they charged my credit card without my authorization. The equipment they sold was obviously refurbished and this happened twice. I brought in a client to show the products to them and I called first to let them know I would be coming in the next day with a client so they would not show my cost. The girl Olivia showed my client my cost even after I called. What a joke this place is. I will not use them anymore.
