We stumbled upon this gem of a security company by sheer luck, it was already servicing our address when we bought the house. Of course we had never had a security company before and needed guidance. When we received the bill for the last 3 months I called to inform their office that we had not been using the devices due of a lack of know-how and they immediately canceled the 3 month charge and arranged for the owner of the company to come out to our home and personally walk us through how to use the system.
All codes were reset to personal preferences and the owner gave us his number in the event we had any additional questions. We have in fact had 2 extra questions, unfortunately at random times, and we did text him! The response time has always been timely and the service has always been professional! The pricing is phenomenal at less than a dollar a day (for our particular setup)!
And as a new costumer with an older system Security and communications offered to upgrade the data quality to the new standard speed for free! They did not have to do that but we are so appreciative! In addition, there's no required long-term contract! You pay for what you used, and you can add devices, or cancel or suspend your service at anytime.
I am the queen of flexibility, that's why I love my Jeep Wrangler-it just does everything I want it to do! And I feel similarly about this alarm company! So glad I happened upon this company which works with us as an individual client rather than one of the mass subscribers of other larger companies. Love it. Never changing unless I have to! Hope that was helpful to others!

I inherited this security system company when I purchased a new house. Their customer service and responsiveness is fantastic and the pricing much better than the big brand corporations with inferior customer service. I ended up removing my ADP security system from my 2nd house and now using these guys. I have also referred them to several friends who are are purchasing new homes.
