Total Security is super responsive and so much more affordable than other companies. Braedyn was my technician and he was very thorough in the installation and even took the time to make sure the sensors matched door colors and looked.well as attractive as a security system can be! I'm very happy with the system, and, despite being a total numbskull when it comes to tech, I find it easy to use.

Update: Five years after my first review, I still recommend Total Security over every other security company! Get totally secure with Total Security! I can't say enough good about the owners and employees of Total Security. They are genuinely concerned and work hard to ensure their clients get the kind of security they need. It's a comfort to know that if I have any trouble with my system I can talk to someone locally, not a stranger in a call center, and it's not a problem for someone to come to my home to assist if needed.

This company is AMAZING! We contacted him out of the blue to see if he would be willing to repair my 90 year old father in laws 17 year old home security system. He responded almost immediately, had us send some pics to see if he was able to work on the unit. He came to the house the same day and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. What a great Local company. After having new doors installed, one of our sensors wasn't working. We tried going to Brinks directly but they never came through. We then decided to call Total Security to order the part we needed. Mike was so helpful to us and the end result was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. He had me send him a photo of the "bad" sensor. Turns out, it was not facing the right direction so he guided me on what to do and presto, the sensor worked! And he did this for us at no charge. Highly highly recommend!
