In 2010 Security One, Inc. merged with Security Systems Hawaii, a Hawaii alarm company with an excellent reputation for customer service. Mary Paulson
Founder
Mary started in security sales in Hawaii in 1980 as one of the few women in the industry at that time. Predictions were that she would not make it in this "inappropriate business for a woman." She worked in sales and management for the larger security companies in Hawaii for 12 years before feeling she had the experience and expertise to open her own business.

I started with Security One when Mary Paulson owned the company, and she was wonderful. Somewhere along the line they were merged and the new company claims I signed a 5 yr contract with NO cancellation which I did NOT do and the copy of the contract they sent me is a forgery. When contacted, they would not even speak to me, then referred the case to a credit company, claiming I owe them 3 years of monitoring going forward in time. This is a complete and total fraud and I am fighting it legally. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people.
