I would not recommend this company. Paid almost $10,000 dollars to have cameras installed and they have not worked correctly since. Midwest has responded to the same issue 2 times since installation and now the 90 labor warranty is over and the same issue has happened yet again and now they want to charge additional monies to fix an issue that should have been resolved the prior 2 visits.

MSS was responsive to our residential needs. Some additions to the security system was requested after the initial install and they responding immediately. We were informed throughout of what time they would arrive and who the technicians would be. A couple of small problems with the equipment occurred after a month or so after installation and MSS had the situation resolved within a couple of days.
