I called to do an inquiry on their security service and systems and the phone sales consultant was very unprofessional just because I was speaking over my vehicle's Bluetooth he chose not to provide me with information let alone speak to me. on the other hand I called Hawkeye security a locally/family owned business and the lady there was very nice and professional hence why they have a perfect rating on Google.
So supposedly the owner John called me back after leaving this review on Google but not to apologize for the way he spoke to.me but to attempt to justify it saying I was distracted and committing a crime while speaking into my vehicle's Bluetooth!? He doesn't even know the Law while owning a "Security company " don't waste your time with them the owner very rude and unprofessional.

We researched several larger companies and decided to give a local business a chance. John was very knowledgeable and worked with me on our specific requirements. He listened well and made good recommendations to optimize our system. He showed genuine concern for the safety of the home and family and made additional recommendations without trying to sell me something I could take care of myself (additional CO and fire alarms).
Overall professional experience and glad to have Keystone on our side. Update: Several years later, still very happy with our system and the support Keystone has provided when needed. System has been very reliable and we're still happy with our purchase and the support we've received.

I got three quotes for a new Fire & Burglar System as well as an Access control system for my Business. One quote was out just way off base (high), the other two were very close. I talked to both companies and decided to go with Keystone Securities and I am so glad. I clearly made the right choice, John has been awesome to work with on this project.
He gets the job done right (no cutting corners) and everything looks great and works perfectly. The entire job was done in just a couple of weeks and we could not be happier with the system. We have service for the system through John as well. Although we have had no issues we have asked for a couple of changes to access control and such and John is very quick to respond.

My home alarm was triggered on a Sunday evening and I was contacted by the monitoring center in under a minute. I was home at the time and was the one that caused the alarm. There's nothing better than local small business. Keystone is a great example of the superb and more personal service that you get with using a local company.
