I am wonderfully satisfied with my new security system. Their service was professional and personal. Frank did a great job of explaining how the system works and what set up required. It benefits me as a mother who is home at night by myself. Before, I had trouble sleeping without waking up to every little bump in the night. The very first night I had the alarm on, I did not wake up once!
It's been that way ever since. The peace of mind it brings me knowing my family is safe is more than words can express. It also brings peace of mind to my husband when he goes to work, knowing we are safe. It is a great service and I will recommend Dynamark to everyone!

As with most technology, on rare occasion our panel experienced a malfunction. When I called, the receptionist quickly accessed my problem, and had a specialist call me back within 30 minutes. A technician was offered to come out same day. Our tech, Wesley Lee, was prompt (on the dot), professional, courteous, and even calmed our barking dog. He was able to reset our panel, and fix a troublesome sensor (that was knocked loose during our kitchen remodel). He was done in 22 mins. and the maintenance call was at no extra charge. I highly recommend Dynamark Security Richmond for the outstanding service they continually provide.

Excellent service and installation! Kevin explained and arranged the services with precision and transparency. Was courteous and flexible when I needed to reschedule several times. James - our technician - was professional, meticulous, and fast. He consulted with us on each decision (location of box, contacts, etc.). He explained how to use the box, the mobile app, and provided us with the information to get support in the future. A great local company who we're happy to support.

Easy to get hold of, quick response times, and super friendly. Sales Rep was friendly and knowledgeable, and the installer did an excellent and thorough job. I thankfully, haven't had an incident requiring police or fire assistance, but I'm confident my alarm system will work properly and they'll be there when I need them.
