These companies do not want customers to have the freedom to get competitive bids. I have been getting past due notices for several months. I have an automatic check sent from my Chase account every month. Each month has a proof of payment check that documents the check has been sent. There should not have been any past due charges to my account. I have called about this problem in the past and it does not seem to have been resolved in your accounting office. The least useful comment made about this is that the US Mail fails to deliver mail in a timely manor.

If no stars was an option, that's what I would rate it. This company was recommended to us by our insurance company and let's just say there's a reason we got a "good deal" for our security system. We had it installed the first time in April but there was an issue with the connections (it couldn't connect to the monitoring service).
After four additional installation attempts (that finally seemed to work properly) and three months later, we were given a smoke detector that is supposed to set off all of the other smoke detectors in our house as consultation for our time. Turns out, that special smoke detector never worked and neither did our alarm. The alarm would go off randomly at all times of the day and night, while we were home and not at home.
The company was supposed to call my husband if the alarm was set off and if he couldn't be reached, they were supposed to call me. I never got any calls when they couldn't reach him. Now we are relocating and they want us to pay the full amount to cancel the contract, which I would be happy to do if our alarm ever worked properly to begin with.
We did call to have it serviced multiple times, and each time no one would call us back to set up a date and time. Don't waste your time with this company, go with someone more reputable.
