I worked here from June 2021 till they Fired me in February 2022; I am a big enough person to admit part of the reason I was fired was my fault but not all of it. The work environment is entirely toxic. They are sexist and racist and like to claim they're diverse with the few black people and the few LGBTQ+ people they have employed. They treat their employees worse than their pet dogs they let run loose in the office.
There is no HR department, just the "leadership team" who are all friends and gossip outside work. They only got promoted work positions because their friend hired them or recommended them, not because they're qualified to work the part. They treated many other employees like children because we were new or only a year into this field of work. They didn't correctly train us but felt the need to belittle and criticize the work we did, or entirely openly shame us when we asked for help.
I had a conflict with another employee, bringing it to the management team's attention. They completely ignored my concerns and doubted anything I had to say because I had a tardiness issue in the past, but I was given a chance to correct it, which I did, but they held it Over my head. I was having struggles outside of my work life that I was not comfortable bringing up to any of the management team because of their history of the treatment of myself and my fellow employees, because of the struggles and the harassment I was receiving from coworkers my care and attention for work became nonexistent.
I could have put someone in danger because of it. They put me on a rightful unpaid suspension, and I requested to use the time off, I accumulated to extend that time, so I could decide what to do. When I got back from my suspension/requested time off they did not get so down with me again, asked me if I wanted more training, and they did not offer me any solutions; I made the same mistake that had gotten me suspended in the first place.
They fired me immediately; the one who fired me was so cruel during the process, that they asked me if I was trying to get myself fired and if I had successfully done so. The person yelled at me the whole time and claimed I was a waste and thought I was doing it as some joke. I left the building crying, and when they looked me in the eyes and handed me my last check, they could see I was crying; they didn't feel remorse for how they treated me. Employ they said they thought I had so much potential. Do not work for this company, I beg you; the effects on my well-being from working there affected me severely.
