Great service so far. Oren was our installer and installed everything perfectly. Very friendly guy and very knowledgeable about what he is doing. He answered every single question that I brought up. He even advised me on what equipment would be best to switch out to substitute the motion detectors that I needed. I had questions about programming at night and he helped me through the phone with that. I recommended this installer to anyone getting ADT. Let's just hope that the service continues to be like this.

We have enough been a client with them for over 10 years. The past couple of years the customers service is awful. Everything we call it takes 2 weeks to get a response and every time you ask for owner. The female who takes messages says he is not there. Two weeks ago she said he was out on call but last week I ask again and she said he was not in all week.
When I said I was this CAMERA issue fixed she said we can fix it if you pay for upgrade and she said that they had a call in to rep, I ask for rep name she would not give it to me. I went through company who makes the camera and got the rep to call me next day. He said he was never contact by mid west. She lied. I called her back and told her this, her response was ok it is fixed. They will installed equipment cheap but customer service socks. Do not use this company
