Moni is great. I love the doorbell camera. I get to see who's coming before I to the door. The alarm system works properly with no issues.

Recently had a security system installed and I love it. I can control everything from both the panel or my phone so it's very easy. If I forget to arm it, I can do it from anywhere on the app. The rep that sold me on the system was great, as well as the installation tech. They were able to work around my schedule and worked late just to get it installed for me the next day. My tech was very helpful in showing me how to use the panel and set up all the features on the app. I would recommend this system to anyone.

Brinks have a great system for home security is a state of art, very efficient and convenience I can armed or disarms any where from my phone plus I have doorbell cameras and indoors cameras as well and cost me 30% less than other company, with old company I and have to use the pads and keys remode..!! Without going into detail, I have been trying for 7 weeks to get a billing problem solved. six different calls. I have been made promises, none of which have been kept. Every agent tells me that they are unable to connect me with a supervisor. I have been lied to. I am a good customer. In my entire life of dealing with various companies, I have never been treated with such disrespect. All I ask for is a simple conversation from someone who will speak to me and be honest with me.
